Vengeance FC Bot – Terms of Service

Applies to: All users who interact with or benefit from the Vengeance FC Bot across Discord servers.
1. 📌 Acceptance of Terms
By using the Vengeance FC Bot, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, you may not interact with the bot or its services.
2. 🤖 Bot Purpose & Scope
Vengeance FC Bot is a multifunctional Discord bot designed to enhance community interaction with features such as:
- Automated player progression (levels, ranks)
- Event & challenge systems
- In-server currency, rewards, and achievements
- Custom roles, welcome messages, and tracking
- Game-related integrations and mini-games
These features are subject to change or expansion.
3. 📊 Data Collection & Usage
Vengeance FC Bot may collect the following data:
- Discord user ID, username, and server activity (e.g., message count, level progress)
- Role, join date, and participation in events or features
This data is used solely for internal functionality such as leveling, rewards, and automated announcements.
We do not store or share personal data outside of Discord.
4. 🚫 Prohibited Usage
Users may not:
- Exploit or abuse any feature or mechanic of the bot
- Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or copy its code
- Use the bot to harass or target other users
- Use automated scripts to farm rewards or currency
Violations may result in restrictions or bans from using the bot.
5. 📌 Server Owner Responsibility
If you’re a server owner or admin hosting Vengeance FC Bot:
- You’re responsible for how the bot is used in your server
- You must inform your users of this ToS and ensure compliance
- You may configure and limit the bot’s access based on your server’s rules
6. 📦 Feature Availability
The bot is provided “as is.”
Features may change, be updated, or removed at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for downtime, bugs, or lost in-bot currency or rewards.
